We may offer multiple payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and digital payment methods, depending on availability.
An order is subject to confirmation and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including due to stock availability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity, incorrect customer information, or other legitimate business reasons.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within 15 minutes of placing an order.
After 15 minutes, cancellation may not be possible if the order has entered processing, packing, dispatch, or fulfillment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver orders across Pakistan through Leopard Delivery and other courier services where applicable.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below PKR 9,000: PKR 450 shipping charge
- Orders of PKR 9,000 or above: Free shipping
The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after order processing.
Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns are accepted only for eligible products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, subject to verification and inspection.
